Three offices available for rent, including a fully furnished large (300sq ft) play/expressive arts room—friendly, warm, professional community and there is excellent soundproofing between offices.
Rentals available 7 days a week, 9 AM - 9 PM.

Physical Accessibility.
The accessible Is at the back of the building through the alley, there is an elevator. Room C is most accessible for individuals using a wheelchair.

Keyed gender washrooms; however our floor is quiet and clients and guests of the space may freely use whichever washroom is preferred,
Scents
Scents are used by some practitioners. Clients and users of the space may request scent-free for their booked time in the space.

Wireless access is provided, there is no land line.
Animals
Pets allowed by notification and consent of other users of the space.

The FASD Institute is proud to announce the publication of our book!
All children are sacred and carry gifts. Go on a journey with a grandmother and her grandchild as they discuss the gifts and sacredness of the child as a person with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Through an Indigenous lens, the strengths and potential solutions to challenges faced by a person with FASD will be explored.
